FHA UPDATE

Currently FHA loan limits have been increased allowing borrowers to purchase a higher valued home in a conforming low interest rate up to 100%. Qualifying is not credit score based but credit risk based. Seller concessions and/or gift funds are allowed! This is great for those of you  looking to buy a new home and may be renting now because your credit score is not A+ or you lack downpayment.
